Subscription Terms

Hanlo Plus increases teacher-reply and practice-audio allowances, unlocks all 10 current learning scenes, and expands saved-plan and lesson-context capacity. The app clearly identifies features that require a paid entitlement.

Price And Billing

Hanlo may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable plans. The app-store checkout screen shows the controlling local price, currency, taxes, billing period, introductory offer, trial eligibility, and renewal date before you confirm a purchase. Website examples or converted prices are informational and do not replace the store checkout terms.

Trials And Automatic Renewal

If the store checkout offers a free trial, it is available only to eligible accounts under the conditions shown there. Unless cancelled before the time shown by the store, a trial converts to the paid plan and a paid plan renews automatically for the same billing period at the then-disclosed price.

Current Usage Limits

The app shows your current teacher-reply and practice-audio usage. We may update limits prospectively for cost, abuse prevention, or product changes and will not describe a metered feature as unlimited.

Cancellation

If you purchase Hanlo through an app store, manage or cancel through the subscription settings of the account used for that purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless store rules or mandatory law provide otherwise. Deleting your Hanlo account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Refunds And Consumer Rights

If an app store charges you for Hanlo, it processes refund requests under its rules. Request a refund through that store or contact support@hanlo.app for help locating the correct process. Nothing here limits mandatory refund, withdrawal, conformity, or cancellation rights under applicable law. Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content, local law and the checkout disclosure may affect a statutory withdrawal right.

Restore And Loss Of Access

When app-store subscriptions are enabled, Restore Purchases will check the store subscription and update the Hanlo entitlement. If a payment is reversed, expires, or cannot be verified, paid access may end. Existing plans, recordings, and learning history remain available to read unless you delete the account, subject to the Privacy Policy. New replies in Plus scenes and new plans above the Free limit require an active Plus entitlement.
